1. Program Access & Ownership

Upon enrollment, the Participant is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Artist Academy course materials for educational use only. This access is intended for the Participant only and may not be shared or transferred.

2. Intellectual Property Protection

All Program content, including but not limited to videos, guides, templates, and educational materials, is the exclusive property of theREFINEnetwork and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. The Participant may not reproduce, share, distribute, or resell any portion of the Program without prior written consent from the Company.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the immediate access granted to digital content, no refunds will be issued once access has been provided.

4. Termination of Access

The Company reserves the right to revoke access to the Program at any time if the Participant violates the terms of this Agreement, including unauthorized sharing, copying, or misuse of materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Program. The Participant assumes full responsibility for their use of the Program materials.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Anderson County, South Carolina.

7. Agreement Acknowledgment

By enrolling and accessing the Program, the Participant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
