This is a coaching role. You'd work directly with our SCALE clients, running the calls that take a salon from "we're losing money and don't know why" to actually priced, leveled, and profitable.
You carry the caseload.
Hold a caseload of clients on a regular coaching cadence.
Dig into their numbers with them, right alongside them.
Keep them accountable between calls.
Be there for the hard moment when they roll out new pricing to their team.
You'd report to Christopher and Toni.
Not a resume line.
How you show up.
What matters most to us isn't a resume line. It's how someone actually shows up.
Rolls up their sleeves with a client instead of just handing down a verdict.
Treats the first call with the same care as the tenth.
Wants to win alongside a team rather than run the show.
You must have been through SCALE coaching yourself.
That experience is required for this role.
